Multi Factor Authentication Announcement
On January 15, 2018, Genesis HealthCare will implement factor authentication technology for its Genesis Rehab Services Customer Portal.
Two factor authentication requires that users who access these technologies from outside of the Genesis network are required to provide a second method of identification beyond the traditional user name and password.
